Editorial
Busy, busy, busy; everyone seems to be running around like headless chickens at the moment, including us. If you are a regular reader of The Baker, you will doubtlessly have noticed that the contents has grown exponentially over the past couple of months.
There are so many diverse topics to address, that trying to cover them all can sometimes be a bit of a nightmare, but somehow we always rise to the challenge. The input of so many independent experts does of course help us enormously, me in particular in the absence of a full time editor on the magazine. If there’s anyone out there that firstly has a sound knowledge of the baking industry and secondly good writing skills, and is interested in contributing to our publication on a regular basis, I would love to hear from you.
A glance at our Content Page will give you an indication of the range and versatility of issues you are going to find in our pages this month. I’m sure that you are going to find something of interest.
As we are rapidly heading into the third quarter of the year and the festive season on the horizon, you might want to make a note that this will be an area of interest for us in the October edition; that and numerous other issues of course. If you would like a heads-up on features for the year ahead drop us a line or give us a bell.
Until next time!
Happy Baking!
